The journey
Pikey Peak is one of Nepal's best-kept secrets. At 4,065 metres, it offers a panoramic sunrise view spanning from Everest (8,849m) to Kanchenjunga (8,586m), a 180-degree sweep of the world's highest peaks. Sir Edmund Hillary called this the best viewpoint in the Himalayas.
This 7-day trek takes you through traditional Sherpa and Rai villages, lush rhododendron forests, and terraced farmland far from the tourist crowds. You'll drive to Dhap in the Solukhumbu region and trek through a landscape that feels untouched by modern tourism.
With moderate altitude and fewer trekkers than the big-name routes, Pikey Peak is perfect for those who want an authentic Himalayan experience without the intensity of Everest or Annapurna.
